Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Herboxa garment tags are attached and the items are in their original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
